PAPER WORK AND REQUESTS
It is imperative that you read the planner and make notes. Watch your schedule. Play requests. Do special songs. Do the dedications. Play the requests! Did I mention, play the clients requests?
We spend alot of time with each client to customize their music desires and want to have them played at their wedding.
On the clients quest list, the top 5 must plays are mandatory! If you dont play those, you have violated the contract and not done your job. You should play at least 5 to 10 of the play if possible during the evening also.
Make sure any dedications are done before 11pm to avoid any hassles. |

Warehouse and Office Caretaking
Its OUR office...lets keep in clean! - The front showroom is secured from access as is the main office
- The DJ office and lounge...YES lounge, is on the second floor. If you have suggestions for it, I would love to hear them.
- There is a shower in the new warehouse, if you use it, please clean up after yourself.
- If you are in the warehouse chillin, please tidy up after yourself.
- There is a kitchen in warehouse also...if you use something that is not yours, replace it. If you make a mess, please clean it up. If you would like to put your things in the cupboards or fridge, please feel free to.

Music Sets
We have our music sets inventory'd, sorted and up to date. We have moved away from Hott Trakks and the other ones. We now only recieve something called Radio Trakks. Your input on the use of these is needed. The question is....are they enough, are they not enough. Paul had done some research for us on these and felt that we should only have to use the Radio Trakks. I agree. |

Roadcase Maintenance
DO NOT REMOVE any cords from the roadcases. They should be left inside and only removed if they are defective. |

Computer use at the office
There is wireless open internet access at the new office as of May 2nd. The DJ office PC is yours to use for whatever you wish. It will be networked to a printer but not to the main office PC which is firewalled. |

Alarm and Security
Video surveillance at the the new office is crazy! We have multiple cameras all over the property and 6 that cover our unit. We have a monitored alarm system that requires voice and a number password. The office will also have its internal video and infra red monitoring and recording. |

Planner Sheets.
You must now hand in your event paperwork upon picking up your cheques. In addition to this, you must check off the requested songs that you played. Not having a pen is not an excuse! Don't check off every song if you didn't play it, we will find out. If you miss one or two, its not a big deal, but we want to protect ourselves from any client who may say we didn't play them. Its proactive planning! |

Post Event Notes
Effective May 20th 2006 you are required to do post event notes. What are they? It is an area on your schedule page where you can leave notes about the wedding or party you did. No one will see this but administration. Tell us how it was. Did it start late. Did it suck. Was there issues with parents. Was there too many drunk people. What time did you finish. What time did you start. Did you get a tip.
This is for your protection! If a client comes back at us for your event after a month and you cant remember, we now have a record of what your thoughts were fresh from your mind.
This is mandatory. There is a PC at the office or you can do it from home. No notes, no cheque. I really want to see what went on! |

Message Board
There is a message board for everyone to communicate to one another about. Keep it clean. |
|

Repair Area
We have a workshop for in house repairs - this is maintained by
BIL. Please do not do anything yourself unless cleared by
ME. I have an inventory of parts to account for. |

Personal Music
There are no personal CDs allowed at events. |
|
|
Requests
The interactive guest request system or IGR is now in effect. We expect you to use it as a reference. You are not required to play every single song on it...but your best efforts will be appreciated by all. |
