Help with Guest Requests or IGR
Many of our clients are getting our IGR system mixed up with their personal requests in the planning area.  IGR is separate from your personal request area!  Your guest will not have access to your planner, only the request system as it is public to anyone who knows the password.

First with IGR.  It will not be activated unless you make arrangements to pickup the free cards at our office and supply us with a copy of your wedding invitation.  We need some info off of it.

Second, you will have your guests logging in to make requests up to 5 days prior to the wedding.  This means that you must maintain your input after the consultation.  You are able to view the list the same as your guests by simply logging in as if you were making a request.

Custom links for your personal wedding websites are available upon request at no charge.  Please email us to set that up.

You guest are able to email us with any issues via blackberry wireless email  and we will coach them through the process.
