We are committed to bettering our industry through leadership. Communication with our clients, our disc jockeys and the businesses we work with is very important. Our business is structured very uniquely. Many people in the industry have said our company layout is similar to the "westjet" theory. Many of our DJs are now partners in the company. We constantly upgrade the equipment we use. We train our disc jockeys on new trends, new technology and keep them up to date with the newest music. We look at our DJs as part of a team and not an employee. The team members are required to communicate with one another so that they all succeed and to seek advice if they ever have a question about a format, a client or situation at or before an event. Our DJs are encouraged to contact other DJs or admin team We operate our company with honesty and integrity. We always promote a professional appearance from the decor of our office, the materials we provide our clients and finally the look of our disc jockey talent. The appearance of our DJ is to reflect their role as a professional. Our DJs are polite, considerate, punctual, prepared and understand what their client requires. Our team is setup with leader/supervisors that report to administrative staff. Our disc jockeys report to our admin team. The admin team works with the team on the feedback of our clients to self critique and manage conflicts at events. Our team leadership responds to all feedback of clients with a pre determined investigation process that includes our clients, the dj, our admin team and team leaders. |
