 Many times a question comes up about the name thunderdj. This is the name of our high school, college, university and night club service. Its name used to be KLYMAXX for those of you that were in high school in the 80's in the Southern Ontario area. When we changed the name to something a little more respectable and marketable, we thought the name was catchy for schools. It was and still is today. The thunderdj website was started in the mid 90's and it was to cater to school students only. When the traffic on the site was very steady, we started designing a wedding website. It was designed on the back of the thunderdj.com website and we only gave out the address to current clients at the time. The backdoor must have been left open because little did we realize that so many brides and grooms were searching the net for disc jockeys and the wedding backdoor traffic exceeded the school traffic. By this point, there was so much traffic going to the wedding part of the site, we had no choice but to leave it at the address of what it is today. thunderdj.com was one of the first disc jockey websites on the net in Canada. Today it is still one of the largest disc jockey service sites in North America. It solely caters to educating and assisting our clients and potential clients. We are proud of the site because it is a planning tool first and a sales tool second. This site represents a unique sales pitch!
